Our goal for the dormitories is one of growth, on going activity, full of life and entertainment! The only way to achieve this goal and for all dorm resident owners to fully benefit, is for all residents to be pro active in their space. This is a necessity.
As part of your lease agreement, you will be asked to agree to the following guidelines, terms and conditions:
1) Host monthly or bi-monthly events/socials in your dorm room
2) Set aside and spend a minimum of 2hrs per week in your dorm
3) Promote your dorm room on your website, social networking page (Facebook, Twitter, Myspace etc…)
4) Announce and promote your dorm room via your newsletter/email blast
5) Provide a link on your website to the Music Talks website for your fans to download the MTEC virtual world browser so they can visit your dorm room and get to know you and your music!
